About Me
Currently in Mexico. The last country I have been to was the holy Rishikesh in India, where I stayed in Ashrams for over 2 months, learning about Yoga. Before that, I was peacefully leaving in Bali, Indonesia, surfing (at least trying), eating good food and managing an ethical business project working with local communities.
I am also a content writer, marketing consultant and yoga teacher/student for life. I have now been on the road for over 2 years meeting people, learning new cultures, languages and embracing freedom. It's been a blessing and I am so grateful for this.
Before that I lived in Malta and England.
I am a no plan is a good plan person and enjoy being around positive energies at all times! Sport and outdoor activities are literally my life.
I love to be in the nature, climbing trees and doing all kind of crazy things an hyper-active kid would do. Simple, I will never grow up on that side.
What else ? I enjoy photography and love to learn new things. At the moment, I am trying to focus on my Spanish and also learning about alternative medicine.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am totally new to this and always excited to discover new ways of making friends.
I think the guy who developed this platform is a genius and take the opportunity to make the most of it to travel and share with people. It is a lovely way to meet, get to know people and who know make new friends along the journey.
Next back to Europe.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
For over a week, I lived with Sumbese families in their house in East Sumba Island, indonedia. These ethnic groups have been able to retain much of their incredible ancestral culture. I had the chance to live in a hilltop village with thatched traditional clan houses clustered around unique megalithic tombs where people still live as their ancestors in the ancient time of Marapu and have retained most of the indigenous traditions. The island is known for the precious art of Ikat handwoven fabric, the reason I was there in the first place.
