ABOUT ME

Hello, future friend!

I am an outgoing and social woman. I normally live in Copenhagen with my partner Matias and our 1-year-old son Freddie, but for the next four months, we will be staying in San Fransisco to explore the city and experience American culture.

I am currently undertaking an MSc in biochemistry, and I am about to embark on the journey of my master's thesis where I will be studying rare marine bacteria. I am continuously fascinated by the world around me and I love to discover quirky facts. My latest discovery was, that there exists a tiny tiny lizard, the same size as the head of a matchstick - how cool is that?

I also like to be outdoors and participate in physical activities. I sail a lot, mostly on traditional Nordic boats. My ambition is to someday sail all the way to Amsterdam and play music on the deck.

I like to read, laugh, cook and eat. I think that you can say a lot about a culture from looking at its traditional dishes, and I try to taste as many different as I can when I travel.
