Hello!

I am Turkish and I was born in the rainiest place in Turkey - Rize! But I do like rain.
I moved to Istanbul when I was 17 to study translation and interpreting. In the last two years of my university life, I also worked part-time at a hospital as a medical translator, occasionally interpreting for foreign employees there.

Languages.
The languages I am currently learning are Japanese, German and Spanish, although they are not the languages I use while working. There is definitely much room for me to improve at these languages. I do speak Japanese but not very succesfully. The others I only understand. So at the moment I work only with Turkish and English. I do more translating than interpreting. But I enjoy interpreting more since I get to communicate with people.
