About Me

Currently living an adventure in the heart of San Francisco. I like to think about myself as a chill, versatile and a people person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Seeing a city from a local's perspective and being able to fully experience the place I'm visiting.
Plus, it's always a good thing to have the chance to make friends around the world who maybe are gonna come visit me one day. Once I'm settled in Italy or wherever I'll end up being, I'll be glad to return the favor :)

Interests

So let's say that I'm into arts, in fact, I enjoy painting (oil painting) and sketching and it looks like right now, after this experience in SF, I'm planning on going to a restoration of canvas academy in Florence.
I've been also a ballerina for a while so that's another huge part of my interests.
It's worth to mention that, as someone would say "of course, you're Italian", I like cooking and always try food and drinks (I've been a bartender for a while) from different places; so I'd be so happy to make you a plate of pasta and why not, also a cocktail.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm definitely super into music: electronic, 90s hiphop, indie, punk rock, new wave and psychedelic rock.
I watch a lot of movies, every kind of movies (but I mostly enjoy the ones directed by Wes Anderson, Lars Von Trier, Kubrick, Pasolini, Fellini...)and I read a lot ( Milan Kundera, Saramago, Ishiguro, Calvino, Kafka, Banana Yoshimoto, Alda Merini just to mention some of my favorite writers)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had the chance to volunteer with an ONLUS association in Croatia in a kids hospital for 6 years.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some Italian, my grandma's best recipes and how to make a nice Moscow mule.
Just teach me whatever you're good at, I'd totally love to learn it :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

How about a bottle of red wine and some funny stories?
