ABOUT ME

I am on a mission to live a life filled with adventure , rather than a sedentary one. I have intenionally reduced my personal possesions in order to live a more simple life. I am an avid backpacker. I love adventures and am always either experiencing one, or planning the next. The goal is to blend those together with fewer breaks.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is to live my life in the present, minimalistically. Somewhat cliche but true, I want to have fun, eat and live a healthy fulfilled life.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When someone opens there home to me and shows hospitality I participate by cooking and entertaining. I was literally trained in hospitality so I use those skills to repay that kidness. Also I like to share stories with fellow surfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to this website, but when WWOOFing(World Wide Opportunities for Organic Farming) in Hawaii I hammock surfed. I traveled from farm to farm and camped where I could learning a lot about agriculture, eating amazing fresh fruit and meeting lots of cool people while doing it. That was an amazing experience and hope to do more of that with Couch Surfing.

A song of Ice and Fire , amazing series. Can be a fan of almost any music, too many good artists to name any. Movies... one that comes to mind as my favorite perhaps is 180 degrees South.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I have backpacked through the ass kicking switch back trail thru the jungle and forest into Waimanu valley. A remote valley on the Hamakua Coast of the big island of Hawaii. A beautiful place filled with wildlife and fresh produce. The most beautiful tranquil place I have ever been, just being there has changed what I consider important in life.

Would be more that willing to share my knowlege. Cooking and food are probably the two strongest subjects in my repertoire . Always interested in learning about new places.
