About Me

There are to ways to experience : one by travelling mentally into the borad richness of books and movies and the other by getting first hand expereince of different cultures and societies, meeting people all over the world and take part in their lifes for a short time. The latter is definetely more exiting than the former ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet different people from all over the world, learn about their individual lifestyles and exchange dreams and alternative ways of living.

Interests

I love to take regular trips to art galeries and museeums, while enjoying my evenings at the Theater or the movies. Aside from that I love to meet up wiht friends sharing a couple of drinks, debatting about political and cultural topics as well as art and literature, or just hang around and let the evening take up its own dynamics - the journey is always indefinite but definitely intense ;)
Aside from that I love to dance, photography and to dash off the occasional poem - whatever the insipiration permits =)

Music, Movies, and Books

Sooo much to talk about. On cozy evenings I like to enjoy classical compositions with a good read wine and a good book. When I am up for some motivation or background music I prefer 50s and 60s rock or tend to go more into old school Punk such as The Stooges, Sead Kennedy's or The Clash. In clubs I disintegrate myself into some good Techno music, namely Ben Klock, Recondite and Rodhad - the whole Berlin bunch.
The movie(s)? I am a lover of the French New Wave and Ingmar Bergamns Productions. To select a favorite one: Ingma Bergmans Persona, as I have never experienced the same emotional intentsity staring at a screen for about 2 hours.
The book? Jack Kerouacks On the Road: all is expereince enjoying moment after momnet - the credo I try to follow in life, to live it in its fullest intensity.

Teach, Learn, Share

As a passionate art lover, I like to inspire people to understand the aesthetic complexities of modern and contemporary artworks, no matter wither oral, visual or performed. On the other hand I am hihgly interested in different scientific and pratical spheres. I therefore love to meet people who have their own personal passions in other fields, in order to get new insights and broaden my horizon and further learn about different individual motivations.
Spending a year abroad during my time in Highschool in Argentina and a Semester as part of the erasmus study program in Ireland, I am of course keenly interested in intercultural exchange and the different manifestations of social and cultural values across countries. The best way to do so is definitely by meeting

What I Can Share with Hosts

For practicla matters I am a decent cook, infamous among my circle of friends for my Risotto.
But to really share is to share your own personal stories and experiences, about traveling across different cultures and living in different countries. In this sense I also love to debatte the broad range of political topics and its nationalizes biases, acompanied by a glass of wine or a bottle of beer =)
