Overview
About Me
This is not new: I’m not good in the task of describing myself, but i’ll give it a try.
Let’s see: I’m 40 years old lawyer, who works in Judicial branch of the goverment in Argentina. My job involves social security issues, such as cases against the State regarding the amount of the pensions (boring, right?).
I’m an easy going person, i tend to prefer having a nice conversation and sharing a few drinks rather than going to the disco. Just because i’m from latin america it doesn’t mean i like reggaetón, i’m a live example of that. That said, i like tango and folkore music but i’m lousy dancer...
I love to travel, and to expand my mind getting in touch with different people, i hope that this app will be helpful for that.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I discovered couchsurging doing research in 2020 for a travel to asia, but Covid-19 frustrated my plans. Im insisting in this 2022, and im leaving form six months next may. I wanted to do the transiberian railroad journey, but war changed my plans, so im going to start in western europe and see where that leads me… I believe that meeting people of different countries is the best way to get in touch with their culture; i’ve had enough of doing the touristy stuff everywhere, so now that i have time i think it would be better to meet actual people that live in the country rather than just other tourists.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I hiked the sierras grandes of Cordoba, the province in the heart of Argentina, with a friend for five days, from Villa Alpina (in the valley of Calamuchita) to Los Molles (in the valley of Traslasierra), through Cerro Champaqui; with only a rope we descended through a creek, following an unmarked path, saw some condores fly real close right over our heads, and walked almost 50 km. back into civilization. I also had tea in the morrocan desert with the locals, in a big tent under the stars, just me, five of them, the biggest tea pot i’ve ever seen, and a pack of ciggies, comunicating with a little bit of english, french and a lot a sign language (i’ll tell you the savoury details of the story when we meet...). In a bus from Dubrovnik to Zagreb, i’ve travelled as a stowaway for 10 minutes through Bosnia, ‘cause i did not have the required visa: somehow, i made the officers believe i was a police agent with the ID i showed.
