About Me

Introduced to the beautiful world of couch surfing during my time abroad in Madrid in 2013. Quickly learned that there are far more good people in the world than I could ever imagine. I am always eager and excited to meet someone new, see new places and learn new things. I graduated from USC in May 2014 with a double degree in Spanish and Psychology. I am currently working at Fox in Los Angeles as a Paralegal and I plan on applying to Law School in Fall 2017 so I can start in Fall 2018.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meet travelers from all over the world, show you around my hometown and hopefully have the favor returned in the future.

I have a eurotrip planned from Sep 1-17 and it will be my first time returning since I studied abroad 4 years ago. I will be visiting Barcelona, Madrid, Turin, Cinque Terre, Rome and Dubrovnik!

Interests

I am known as the type of person among my group of friends who takes the most advantage of opportunities presented to me. I believe that life shouldn't be wasted indoors. I find that there is a natural high that comes from discovering and exploring the unknown. I have found a new love for outdoor adventures, whether it is hiking, swimming, biking or running. Doing these activities in different countries has been a true adventure and blessing. Other than that, I love getting to see history come to life, by visiting palaces, historical buildings and more. Above all, I love immersing myself in the culture that I am experiencing. While in Spain, I foundmyself constantly listening to Spanish music and seeking out clubs where I can feel like more than a tourist. When in Dublin, I learned the slang so I could talk and understand the crazy Irish lads around me. When in Eastern Europe, I ate more sausages and drank more beer than I had in a lifetime, all while learning and exploring concentration camps, Berlin wall and even Belvedere palace that was home to the man who provoked world war I.

At the end of the day, I am obsessed with music and dancing and will gladly stay out until 6am then go to an after party till noon if one is available. Sleep is for the weak and life is way too short for me to care about anything else but living it to the fullest :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The cathedral/mosque in Cordoba was a place that I will never forget. By traveling from the back to the front of the place, you could literally see the building transform from a Mosque into a cathedral. As an Egyptian Christian, I could not ever believe that these two vastly different cultures co existed in the past and especially lived in peace. The moorish style was also amazing!

Sensation Belgium was one of the best nights of my life. It is a music dance festival where my friends and I all came together for, from amsterdam, prague, florence, london, spain and paris. Not only was the music and venue amazing, but every single person inside was feeling blessed and honored to get to attend one of the best festivals in the world.

What I Can Share with Hosts

The amazing music scene, all of the best food (expert in tacos), great hikes, comedy shows and all of our amazing beaches!
