Overview
About Me
Born and raised in Bulgaria. Thirsty for life and challenges I moved to the UK by myself, now a second-year psychology student in the University of Wolverhampton. I have always wanted to travel but never had the opportunity. In general I am a very positive person. I can, and want to, talk about anything and everything. I am a psychology student so psychology is my biggest passion but I have a broad spectrum of interests, including Literature, Politics, Physics, Cosmology, Sports. I speak Bulgarian and English fluently, and I'm in the process of teaching myself French. I firmly believe that knowing a second (third, fourth...) language is exceptionally enriching, and I'd like to learn perhaps another one or two in the future. As to my attitude towards people, I believe in the innate goodness of everybody, and think that in the right environment everybody can be a decent human being, and that's what I look for in people.
I'm planning on visiting as much countries in Europe as I possibly can, because I want to experience different cultures on the continent that I was born and which I love immensely. So, far the only countries that I've ticked on that list are:
Bulgaria ✓
United Kingdom ✓
If I have messaged you it means I'm asking for a chance to add your country to that list.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Two main reasons, first and foremost is to meet new people, simple as that. Everybody is interesting and there is always something to extract from others and use it in my own life. Secondly, I want to travel but I usually don't have the financial means to do so, I like the idea of people sharing a couch with travellers as it makes the whole endeavour much more affordable, and I can use that to go to places that I otherwise wouldn't be able to.
