Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Looking for something new. Seeing something of the world. Meeting new interesting people. Having one heck of a time.
ABOUT ME
I'm sometimes way too open towards people. I get it alot from friends I say too much what's on my mind. I think I was too silent as a kid since I didn't have much of confidence. I'm overcompensating now I think...
My friends tell me that I'm very loyal towards my friends, they can ask me everything.
For the moment I'm like in the twilight zone. Finished school but don't know what to do with myself. Trying to discover what I want to do.
PHILOSOPHY
Try not to think too much. Still working on it...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I first heard about cs through friends who did it. I found it very fascinating and a fantastic concept. However I never got around hosting myself. My place was way too small to host.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Had my first experience when a russian couple came over for two days in Ghent. I led them around in Ghent And we talked a lot about our countries. I realised you can travel in your head talking with people from around the world.
Interests
Photography, films, internet (yeah way too random, but I get lost at wikipedia and other stuff that other people wouldn't even bother start reading).
I'm also interested in making films. From the moment it's on hold, but I see myself making movies again.
Reading books. Actually I don't read that much. I'm not the kind of person giving the illusion that I read alot. I do my best.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Buffalo '66,The Return, Birth, Before sunrise, before Sunset The truman show, Once upon a time in the west, Aliens... to be honest I love all kind of movies. I grew up with the commercial ones (and I love it). Try to see also the not so commercial ones.

Books: Last exit to Brooklyn, Under the Skin, IT, try to read much much more.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The first time I saw Eels live . He was the first musician I really really really liked. So seeing him perform live was incredible.
Im still amazed that I could help a friend of mine from almost being homeless. I let him sleep at my dorm (5x5 meters) for like 6 months. I'm amazed we survived that period! But hey he's one of my best friends...
