Hey guys,

My name is Dimitris and i am a Greek guy who loves travelling.

The meaning of travelling may vary from person to person and this is what is intresting in this world. The way we perceive the world is totally different yet real. So my definition of traveling involves meeting people with a different way of thinking, raised in a different enviroment and other culture. Discussing and exchanging ideas with such people,no stereotypes, no offence, having fun with them and creating memories that will always accompany us is what i look for. Through such things you get to learn more about the world you live in and its people but most importantly you get to know more about yourself and what you are capable of doing.

I participate in Couchsurfing as i believe it is one of the best tools to use in case one intends to travel the same way as i do. The best way to broaden one's horizones and realize how much we have to give to each other. So far i have met awesome people through CS, i have experienced great emotions, conversations and hilarious moments with friends from all over the world and i definitely want to keep this going.

As for me, i am a student in the department of Forestry and Environment in a small Greek city named Orestiada.I have studied in Italy for a semester as an erasmus student. One of the most important and life-changing experiences of my life. I love hiking and exploring new landscapes, sceneries, mountains... The act of discovering new things is breathtaking. I am also intrested in camping, biking, listening to music and chilling with friends. It also thrills me going to music festivals(almost any kind).

Soo i would love to get to know as many of you as possible, hang out, surf or host. Until then, have fun be healthy and never stand still!!!

I am into many kinds of music.. Depends on the mood i guess. I could go dancing to some edm or hardstyle music at night, later join a club with friends listening to some techno. Or relax at home with some rock/metal tracks until i bring a glass of ouzo and enjoy some heartfelt classical music.. You choose, you take!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going on erasmus. It changed a lot for me and it was the beginning for many things to come!
