Also, about me, I was an erasmus student in Berlin from March 2016 - August 2016. During this large trip i came in contact with CS, so i am a CS 2 years now. All my experience till now was amazing and as a reasult thats why i continue to be here.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In the beginning, i didnt even know in the past what couchsurfing is. Due to my erasmus experience i came in touch with it. Couchsurfing gives somebody the oportunity not only to stay somewhere, but also it is a very good solution for somebody who wants also to meet people. And as i usually travel alone, it is really helpful for me as well. Mostly, because it is possible knew friendships to be created!
It is very sad the fact that some people see CS only as a free accomodation. The philosophy of CS is sth even more than that... It is so simple and cheap to find a hostel for 15 euros, so if you see CS just a free couch, then i guess it is not the ideal website for you.
Unfortunatelly, as i am leaving with my parents in my hometown, i didn't ever have the opportunity to host someone, even though i would love to do that in the future, as long as i am thinking to leave from my country and live abroad.
