我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Getting new perspectives is crucial for a good life as it creates perspective for our current life. I want to help travellers and learn other people's stories.

There's also this quote from the movie Waking Life: "You haven’t met yourself yet. But the advantage, to meeting others in the meantime is that one of them may present you to yourself".

I've hosted more than 30 people, all sorts of nice people that I wish I could meet again.
Couchsurfing is to me all the friends I haven't met yet ;)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

First time hosting people at home. They are a couple so I let them have the bed while I sleep on the floor next to that. I realize I have two strangers sleeping, on my bed, next to me. We hadn't met until a few hours before. We met, we laughed, we went out, they bought me a drink. Friends I hadn't met yet...

Also... I've been to Alaska and landed on a glacier in a small homebuilt aircraft (Super Cub).
