ABOUT ME

I am a mixture of Latin and Greek. depends on the side you look at, my latin blood makes me outgoing and full of beans, sporty and adventurous, my Greek side makes me artistic, philosophic and witty. I like simple things in life such as walking barefoot, cooking and a glass of wine, that what makes myself a human being. simple creature who wants to share good experiences, always ready for new challenges and adventures. My backpack is my home, my life is travelling, the world is my back yard and my steps my destiny.

PHILOSOPHY

Carpem Diem, basically live your present moment, that what really matters, the past has already become memory and the future is barely ilusion.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to provide my flat or couch as soon as I visit some countries, I have in mind six month travelling and six month being a host. I can also provide couch in Brazil.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a lovely experience in 2012 when I french student came to spend 4 weeks in Ireland, we really had a ball together and I hope this can happen again, I also have swapped houses with a French woman, who spent 2 weeks in my flat in Brazil while I was enjoying her place in Paris

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done a lot of interesting things that I can consider amazing. I can point out any trip that I have done around South America and Europe. I have seen lots of breathtaking sunsets, outstanding landscapes and beautiful architecture. However, what really called my attention during all these years living in this great planet is how the conception of living varies accordingly to each culture and belief.
So I could say that the most amazing thing I have ever done was when I was working as a volunteer in Brazil teaching English to students who could afford an English course. I must say that I learnt more than I taught. I met precious people who had no money to buy food, athough, they were focus on learning, they were gifted and just need an opportunity.

Teach, Learn, Share

I expect to meet people with similar interests.
People keen on walking long distances along the beach or up to the mountains. someone who can go to a posh restaurant or eat a handmade sandwish in the park.
I would like to meet someone who challenge my opinions and I can learn more about life.
Someone who is not only looking for accomodation but want to share experiences of life.
I also expect to be a nice host, I am a laid-back person who is easy to live with,I am sure you will make yourself at home in my flat.
