Overview
About Me
Young dancer and musician eager to see the world and looking for new impressions. Ready to meet new people and explore. Always happy to use a foreign language. Open minded and hungry for experience.
My current mission is to find myself - something I would do during my life (or at least for a couple of years). Thus, I'm collecting other people's stories and experience, and will be glad to hear yours.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've been to lots of cities and everywhere I found a place to live but here comes the first time when you are absolutely lost because you travel to an absolutely unknown place. That's why I decided to join Couchsurfing. I'm new here but if I like this experience I'll begin hosting myself.
Interests
At the moment I graduated and search something to do in my life:) Currently working as a translator and being a co-owner of a workshop, doing some eco-friendly stuff, sewing and handprinting. really interested in handmade things, textile and cool ecological projects.
Interested in folk music and dance, especially european bal-folk and balcan/klezmer music. Love to visit festivals, sessions and workshops. Also a swing-dancer a little bit. Playing the clarinette, tin-whistles, bombarde (it's a breton instrument), piano and singing.
During my travels I'm trying to scetch a lot - I'm not really an artist but I do like drawing things.
- sketching
- folk dancing
- board games
- traveling
- folk music

Music, Movies, and Books
Folk music keeps the first place on the list of my preferences although I like rock, jazz and classics too. I play celtic folk by myself.
I'm not really a movie-interested person but there is one I like rewatching once a year - Amelie. Can watch lots of series though, and British comedy.
Reading I like much more than watching, unfortunately I don't have much time for that. My absolute favorite books are about Sherlock Holmes and also Redwall series by Brian Jaques. Also I like reading comics, not the series but large graphic novellas.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In the summer 2018 I was participating in the Boombal festival as a volunteer - my first experience of international volunteering. That was such a fun! Though, I was to ride every morning and night about 12 km to the city I lived in on a bicycle. At the time, there were very unpleasant rains, so I got could. Despite that circumstance, the festival was great:) I met lots of people from different countries and danced a lot.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Of course, as any couchsurfer, I can tell some stories about travelling.
I can show some european folk dances and (if you are playing some instrument) teach some folk tunes.
As a pharmacist, I can tell smth about chemistry and biology:D
