About Me

*Note to Surfers: Probably won't be in a popular travel area for now as I complete my studies but if you're hiking the Appalachian trail, feel free to message! :)

I used CS for the first time back in 2018 year while traveling around Europe and it was such a great experience. Now it's my turn to give back. I love the fact that you can help out a fellow traveler and also make a friend.

I have a degree and background in the sciences which I love and I used to not know what to do with it. Currently studying in medical school, osteopathic medicine, google it!

I am enchanted by the creative process and creating as a form of therapy. I can spend several hours in a museum. I love to take pictures of interesting places and the people I meet (and dare I say the occasional selfie pic) but mostly I love to watch the sunset and sunrise overlooking a spectacular view. Lastly, I love to eat (who doesn't?) and cook and try new or strange foods wherever I go!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Usually I'm finding friends to meet up with or stay with when I travel. When I travelled solo for a year and half,
I needed to make new friends who can show me the local environment and hang out with! CS has been a great platform to meet open-minded people who are kind, generous, spirited, and so many good adjectives --- soon I'd like to be on the giving end of that process. But for now, I'd love to keep in touch or meet up with travelers if I'm in a big city.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One really cool thing I did was to experience a shamanic cleansing ceremony in Ecuador. I wouldn't call the experience enjoyable, unless you like getting tobacco spit in your face, but it was memorable.
