ABOUT ME

I love having fun and enjoy the best things in life, good friends, good food and laughter. I love adventure and to dance. I'd love to travel around the world and meet the wondeful people that live there, to learn about different cultures and the history and mystery that each country holds.

PHILOSOPHY

Everyone we meet, every place we visit plays a role and has a purpose in our lives; we are constantly making exchanges throughout our life journey. The more we widen our horizon the richer we become as people and the more we understand who we truly are.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I guess my participation in the CS2 Project is opening up my home and allowing memebers to have the opportunity to visit this wonderufl state of Florida and feel comfortable while they are here.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Without any affiliation with CouchSurfing I have always hosted friends of friends, that were visiting Florida and just want a few days to sleep over and vice a verse when I've traveled to other cities I would always ask a friend if they knew someone that I would be able to stay a few nights at there homes. CoachSurfing is much better in many ways because I have the ability to travel & host new people outside of the country which is very exciting to me.

Interests

I love nature, bike riding and exploring new and exotic places. The Arts & museums and I really love shopping for treasures that bring their own little stories with them.

Music, Movies, and Books

The movies I’ve enjoy the most have a lot to do with history, real life situations. "Life is Beautiful" (I need to always remember to always smile in the face of misfortune) not to take life so seriously. I love all types of music from old school hip-hop to world music to alternative rock to the percussion sound of raw African beats; music has a language of its own. Most of the books that I've read completely are on the spiritual side. I guess I've always been intrigued with the spiritual side of life. The list is too long.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing experiences for me has been skydiving, the experience is out of this world; just floating in mere air for me is an experience of a lifetime. I also got the opportunity to work one Thanksgiving in a soup kitchen in the Bowery in NYC, it was a really amazing experience, just seeing how a little love goes a long way and how a drop of positive energy can light up a room. It was truly cool.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd like to learn how to grow more as a person, and I believe this experience will enable me to grow as I meet differnt people and learn more about their culture. I would love to share all that I am learning and to have the opportunity to be a great host. Teach, hum, I'm not really sure at this moment what I can teach anyone but I'm sure something will come up.
