About Me
Hi! My name is Dinara, I’m 22 years old and I’m from Kazakhstan. I’m a first year Master. Right now I’m an exchange student at the Grieg Academy in Bergen, Norway. I play piano since I’m 5. Besides studying, I work at the little music studio as a piano teacher for both kids and adults - I really enjoy it: it’s pure happiness to see how my students are developing, learning something new, improving their skills and you are the person who provides this knowledge to them.
I try to enjoy every moment of my life, but sometimes it is a really difficult thing to do because of daily duties and worries that everyone has - but I’m trying anyway :)
I’ve always been curious about the life in other countries. As I’m living in Norway now, I can say that differences in mentality and lifestyle are huge - not good or bad, it’s just different.
P.S. I’m just starting to explore the CS world so fingers crossed, hope that everything will go well and with tons of new experience, new people and new ways of thinking. I don’t have any references yet so here are the links to my pages on Facebook and Instagram:

P.P.S. As I’m studying right now in Norway, I don’t really have my own apartment so I can’t host anyone.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like the idea of sharing cultures, also I want to take a look at life in other countries from the inside and try to understand the inner life of different ethnicities - you can’t do it if you live in a hotel.

Love all styles and genres of music. Favorite books at the moment: One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and Nineteen Eighty-Four, Animal Farm: A Fairy Story. All kinds of movies except horrors and thrillers.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Had a concert in Norwegian Royal residence, saw Northern lights and a lot of small but fun stuff :)
Teach, Learn, Share
Can teach Russian or Kazakh if you want to as I’m fluent at both of them. And of course I can teach you how to play piano a bit :) I can tell you about nomadic lifestyle as my nation used to be nomad back in the days.
