This is a little too big to stick in a box on a couch surfing profile. Plus it changes fairly regularly.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I ask for places to stay and occasionally get invited into people's homes. Once I have a home, I intend to return the favor.

Update - I have a home (an apartment) and it is open to all.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Thus far, I have had the pleasure of being hosted once. It was awesome. I have not yet had a chance to return the favor (cosmically speaking). Obviously, I am relatively new.

Update - I have hosted several people, all wonderful. Others are welcome to stay.

Interests

I can be happy doing pretty much everything. I am as equally comfortable spending the night drinking beers as I am reading, talking to someone or watching a movie. I love travelling. Also, I love games, from card games to bar games to board games, I'm into them all.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies, I would say things by the Cohen brothers, Darren Aronofsky, Wes Anderson, and anything below the line. Also, The Lobster is spectacular and Mad Max will forever ride shiny and chrome in my heart.

Books, I love stuff by Hunter Thompson, Tom Wolfe, Charles Bukowski, Kurt Vonnegut, Neil Gaimon, and Allan Moore. Also love Gabriel Garcia Marquez.

Music, all of it. Every bit. But I'm awfully partial to good underground hip hop.

I am an excellent cook, I can brew beer, I used to be an editor, so I can help with papers, and I suppose I'm pretty good at English. I used to be a teacher, so maybe that counts for something.
