Overview
About Me
I am a college student turned treeplanter who loves to travel in my time off. I am very impulsive when it comes to travelling and life in general so I don't really structure my day to day activities. Often I find myself in positions where I have absolutely no clue where I’m going or what I’m doing but it always seems to work out.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Just looking to meet people/expand my social network.
Interests
I play volleyball for University of Alberta Augustana, but lately have been sick of the same old routine of school and volleyball. Therefore I've decided to impulsively traveling as I love culture shocks and experiencing new things. Some things that I'd love to experience is local foods and drinks. I consider myself a very sporty guy and would love to catch a big soccer game before I leave Europe aswell. Currently I am studying economics in Canada at the University of Alberta and really enjoy it. Again I am an extremely social guy and go well out of my way to meet new people. Often during the school year I would go to a hostel in Banff just to meet people and learn about their cultures. In my past I have worked as a camp counselor at an overnight camp where I taught kids from age 6-18 how do canoe and kayak! Also in my past I have worked at a greenhouse and know alot about garden care as I really see athletic beauty in nature. I love to snowboard and am super lucky to have the beautiful Rockies in my backyard for my snowboarding luxury! Unfortunately I live in a tiny apartment but in the future I would love to host people as I get a larger place!
