Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I have been to a meditation centre for ten day's. I was meditating for six hours a day and was not allowed to speak, write or make eye contact with other peopele. This was an intense course but very interesting. During my period there I experienced a special kind of serenity and really learned to appreciating silence.
