One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've told stories of amazing inspirational people starting with Sojourner Truth at age 6. My path was set from then on.

Teach, Learn, Share

I get the biggest kick out of life living someone else's story. I'm a storyteller. I'm such a giver, I give my own body to someone else's history lol!

Lt. Steele of "Piece of My Heart" -- told the heartbreaking story of a black woman who knew she was the best Intelligence Specialist for the Vietnam War, predicted Tet, and they wouldn't listen because of their prejudice.

Queen Bee of Hawaiian "On Dragonfly Wings" -- her gospel number in this warm musical created from the loss of an infant told everyone to "Bee All That You Can Bee" no matter the obstacles or cards dealt to you.

Helen Robinson of "To Kill a Mockingbird" -- She wailed about the injustice of being black in America, married to the biggest heart in Atticus Finch's neck of the woods, and having to lose him to the "justice" system because of it.

Edith Monroe of local gem "Broken" -- she told the story among four other women who lost their children to gun violence in America. She's based off of real mother Shirley Chambers of Chicago, who lost all four of her children.

Myra of "Mama Bear" -- she's killed someone and landed a spot in prison along with three other women who've also murdered people, but she's the only one who doesn't view the murderer of one mother's own child as different from her own transgression. She's trying to get people to understand that our sins are all the same and men are crap (her words, not mine), but it appears to be a futile argument.

Harriet Tubman -- coming soon if I survive my own journey to a more natural freedom. Urban American freedom just ain't cuttin' it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my philosophy of life living as a helper and giver all my life.... The morals I've learned from lending my body to the spirits of these heartbroken individuals on stage.
