ABOUT ME

My best friend would probably start with saying that I am a shy person at first but once I open up to somebody I am fun to be with. I love going around on foot while exploring a city and I prefer to do it meticulously. I am open to learning about new cultures, places and cuisines. This explains the fact that my best friend is from a different ethnicity than mine :) I am chatty , yes I can talk relentlessly once a topic has peaked my interest. I have been called honest, sincere and well to a certain extent naive, but I am working on it. Dangerous situations or mindless thrills doesn't attract me. Safety and security means a lot to me. I like to make informed decision and those decisions are taken only after a lot of research and pondering over. I had a sheltered life so I am not quite adapted to the life on road so I still need to learn a lot :)

PHILOSOPHY

I love people who are fun loving, open and simple minded. I hate complexities in my life. For me life bears a simple motto, love and be loved. I always tend to be there for others when they are in need of help, but I am very shy when it comes to asking favors in return.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I stay in an apartment with my parents. My mom is unwell so I have to look after her. I have an extra couch and in case you are willing to be comfortable on it, I shall be more than happy to let you in.I am a fun person to hang out with and to an excellent guide to show you around my amazing city.( Hey Google map rocks! ) Rest assured, you won't be bored in my presence. :D

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted a few fellow couchsurfers so far but I am not an extensive host given my erratic schedule at the hospital as a medical practitioner, but I attend CS meetings and events as much as possible.

Interests

I am a doctor, so I have to spend a lot of time working and studying, but apart from that I love spending time with my wonderful group of friends in cafes, pubs etc , or at bowling alleys and other fun activity places. I am also an active participant in various groups and sessions that allows me to meet and get acquainted to new people all the time. I love reading, so I also spend a lot of time fishing out new books from libraries and friends.

My boyfriend is a wonderful, wonderful person who happens to have a golden heart. So in case you are couch surfing with me and you happen to see a cutie hanging around in the apartment, keeping to himself that would be my cuteheart 😌

Music, Movies, and Books

I love contemporary music with genres like pop, classical, rock, club and house etc. It hugely depends upon my mood and situation.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. when I first saw the skyline of Dubai from an aircraft high up in the air !! It's an unforgettable sight.
2. The rural landscape of Luhansk, Ukraine , when I went for hiking with my best friend.
3. The first rays of sunlight on the peak of Mt. Everest, as seen from my hotel room in Nepal.
4. THE UNFORGETTABLE MOMENT !!
Imagine yourself being on a redeye transcontinental flight soaring high into the night sky, you are at the window seat and in the dimmed cabin light you can see the afterglow out of the window while the clouds sink below, now fix your headphones firmly on your ears and crank up the volume and play, " The Sky full of Stars" by Coldplay full blast.. let me know your surreal experience later. :)

I loved Railey's beach in Thailand. I have never seen something so beautiful 😕

Teach, Learn, Share

I can probably teach you how to hit a note or two 😝 , trained in Indian classical music for over a decade.
