Overview
About Me
Hi, my nickname is Deep. I am living in Munich since 2023 for work and earlier in Hamburg since 2019 for studies. I would like to host enthusiastic travellers. I may not be able to give you time during the day time, but we can surely catch-up during the evenings cooking, chatting and sharing experiences. I turned a vegetarian during COVID19 Pandemic.
_________________________________________________________
Before moving to Germany, I was working in India in various cities, last location being Delhi.
I'm also quite passionate about adventure, travel, trekking and hiking, and like to participate in these activities whenever there is a chance. I mostly like to do bag-packing trips via buses and bicycles to offbeat destinations and countryside. When visiting a new city, I like doing walking tours to get a hint of the history of that place. I like to know about the historical significance of the places from fellow CSers as well.
Additionally, I love to meet free minded travellers during my journeys and enjoying intelligent conversations with them. I believe that CS shouldn't be looked just as free accommodation but a great way of cultural exchange, meeting people and sharing stories.
The location is just the premise, human connections are more valuable!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is a great platform to meet new people of different cultures and ethnicities. It can be cooking a homemade meal for the other person which you definitely do not get in the restaurant or even discussing about each others' cultures being from different backgrounds.
You host a stranger who might turn out to be your lifelong friend!
Interests
I am learning to play the guitar in order to unwind during my personal time. Also, I like to play sports and generally go for running twice in a week. I do some photography in my leisure time as well.

What I Can Share with Hosts
When on Couchsurfing, I am not expecting any kind of luxury accommodation, treat me just as a friend staying at your place, no special arrangements needed. It's upon me to repay your kindness by being an adaptable and hassle-free guest. Being an animal lover, I would like to cuddle your pet in case you have any. I have stayed in India for most of life, so I can guide you about India if it is in your travel bucket list. I can try my best to cook good Indian food which I am not so bad at and would also love to try your cuisine. We can even play some music together or go out for a drink.
