My name is Dirk,

On daily basis I'm busy reviving the past by selling all sorts of collectable relics and curiosities. I have my own small company called Roots Revived and sell antiques all over the world.

I have always lived in the Netherlands, but I yearn to see more of the world!
By traveling I hope to keep expanding my horizon & comfort zone by doing things I wouldn't normally do, stop hesitating but begin to chase my dreams and collect memories, stories & experiences on my way. I have been postponing these desires for way to long now!

While traveling I would love to learn more about living off grid and getting to know my way around the wilderness.

Ever since I was a little boy I have always been fascinated by nature and animals, and so I have always been at my best surrounded by forest, mountains, plains or water.
My parents used to take me out camping abroad and so I came to love the outdoors.
In the past years I have participated in several hikes in Norway, Scotland and Romania.
I already have some travel experiences visiting many European countries.
