ABOUT ME

Yo my name is colin, but some people call me Dirty Roger, this name comes from my band 'The Dirty Roger'. I'm 29 and live with four housemates in the Montpelier area of Bristol. Bristol is an awesome city, you will love it if you come.

The live music scene is amazing and there is always something happening, i love to go out to local gigs and events and often play live myself in Bristol and other places in the UK.

My other passion is cycling, i voe to cycle all over Bristol and the uk. This year i cycled from Calais to Berlin, wish i had used couchsurfer.com. My next planned trip is to cycle to Eygpt Hopefully i will meet some of you on the way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am very hapy to accomodate people in Bristol, if its to meet for a coffee or to provide someone with a warm place to stay for the night i'm sure i will be able to help.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far i have not hosted or stayed with anyone, my next trip is planned and for two weeks i hope to Hitchhike and Couchsurf accross central europe.

Interesses

My first and biggest love of my life is music....

I would call myself a punk at heart but really i am open to absolutly every music scene possbile. I play guitar, sing and front a band called The Dirty Roger.

Some favourite movies are: Black cat White cat, Wilie Wonker and the Chocolate factory, The good the bad and the ugly, City of lost Children, Ghostbusters plus loads more, too many to mention

Music: Massive fan of the blues and anything with real roots like, rock n roll and punk, also includes Everything from Hendrix (Rock) - Beethoven (Classical) - Mingus (Jazz) - Slayer (Metal) - Laurent Garnier (Dance) I will listen to almost anything! Try me!

Books: I read mostly science fiction by people like Isaac Asimov, Greg bear, Alfred Bester!
