About Me

ABOUT ME

I am a father, husband and healer (a wounded one ;-)). I believe our world is going through a radical shift in the way we perceive both ourselves and the world around us. I believe that more and more people are awakening from the story of separation and into one in which we are all connected.

I am always interested in meeting my brothers and sisters around the world and hearing there take on this shift( or lack there of). I am open minded and love to learn about others and there life experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have not done much yet . Though I would love to do more to help build a global community of love and understanding where we can help each other to grow as spiritual beings.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Only couch surfed once in Seoul South Korea look forward to doing more and hosting others! Albuquerque may not have a great nightlife but we got some great mountain sports locations!

Interests

Any kind of outdoor sports ex. kayaking, rafting, mountain biking, rock climbing etc. Yoga and other forms of training balance and flexibility. Meditation and spiritual contemplation. I love to learn and constantly seek to grow and improve my self in every aspect (spiritual, emotional, logical, physical). . I love to cook but most of all at the moment I seek to help people recover from the injuries so the may live a full and happy life free to give their gifts to the world whether physical, emotional, spiritual or other.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love action and comedy movies. I am definately a rocker at the core. I enjoy every bloodline of the rock lineage. I mostly read alot of non-fiction as I love to learn, things about positive psychology, health, business but I am also a closet fantasy nerd.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent 3 months in the Amazon studying with traditional healers/ shaman... Powerful life changing stuff!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I have done a great deal of study on meditation and shamanism. I have spent extended periods fasting at Ashrams, as well as studying with Curanderos deep in the amazon. I am also in love with nutrition and fitness and am always interested in discussing health on all levels mental emotional and spiritual. I also love to talk with people about what they are doing to stay healthy and fit as I find that there are always cool things I can learn about this area. I also love to cook though I am far from a master I am pretty good. This is also one of my favorite things to study because there is no end to how much you can learn. Plus it is truly like an art but instead of an easle there is a fridge full of ingridents. Truly the best part though is muching down on your masterpieces with friends and family.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Lets go out to eat!! Some where yummy! Take me to your favorite restaurant and I will treat. I am also always looking to try tasty ethnic foods. I would love to do some cooking too if there is time. Also if you have any aches or pains I am a whiz at teaching people how to get rid of them. Seriously try me I'm always up for a challenge :-).
