About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Explore the globe, making as many friends as possible along the way.

ABOUT ME

I love everything about traveling. Adventure, the history, the people you meet along the way - I guess I just like people in general and meeting people from new and interesting places. I get especially excited talking about anything related to food, drink (particularly whiskey and coffee), or nerdy science things.

PHILOSOPHY

It seems like it changes daily, but right now it's to experience as much as I can while i have the means. See as much as possible, make friends along the way, and be confident it'll work out.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Just getting started, and hope to meet up with people on my first trip to Europe. My living situation when I get back is up in the air, but you can bet if I have a couch available it'll be open to anyone traveling through.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'd tell most people that getting on a plane to London with no real plans is pretty amazing. But this is couchsurfing, so I guess I'm going to have to think harder and get back to you.

Teach, Learn, Share

I took a math class recently, and this just blew my mind: There are more (irrational) numbers between 0 and 1 on the number line than there are whole numbers. An infinity that is larger than another infinity. How weird is that?
