ABOUT ME

22yo. live and work in Brisbane. Leaving for Toronto in October. Working holiday for up to two years. Not sure what to expect, just going to see what happens. like to go clubbing, concerts (have a pretty wide variety in music taste), shows (plays, musicals, dance, anything really), dinners with friends (as long as its not to expensive lol).

i'm gay (probably be relevant if your looking for that scene - but doesn't usually matter. So anyone willing to show me the around the clubs would be appreciated.

life is a careful balance of living for the moment and preparing for the future - i think lol.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm keen to meet new people and show them around. hit the town at night or if you just want company, I'm easy. Would like to learn more about other cultures, I tend to find there's always small differences - no matter how similar the countries seem, they tend to fascinate me the most.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

admittedly, none at this point. unless you count passing out at a friend's couch at a party - then plenty.

besides what I covered earlier, I studied marketing and event management, still enjoy following it. I also love poker.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Books: I read a lot of autobiographies - my favs are Confessions of a dangerous mind, you don;t have to say you love me, star man and the Hacienda. Have also read and loved in cold blood and lolita. Don't get too much time to read though.

Music: Sigur Ros, Sia, Lady Gaga, Adele, Florence and the Machine, Mumford and Songs, Kayne West, Madonna, Bertie Blackman, Kimbra,Nelly Furtado and i'll stop there.

movies: Kill Bill 1 and 2 (2 being my fav - love anything by Tarintino), American Beauty (also love everything Sam Mendes makes too), Children of Men, Tim Burton movies, Fight Club, Milk...probably my favourite movie that came out recently was Bridesmaids
