Overview
About Me
Travel makes me feel the most alive. I enjoy travelling solo, mostly to offbeat corners, for stories of people and places from the roads less taken. Of the many hats I have donned, ‘the one who travels’ is my favourite one.
I love learning about the culture, history, the experiences of the locals.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love reading books, mostly fiction. The Illicit happiness of other people, The island of missing trees, Every Creature has a Story are a few of my favourite books.
Love Indian Music, especially songs from the ‘90s and early 2000s which had good rhythm and meaningful lyrics.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Travelled solo to remote places in India, specifically the Northeast India. Travelled to the all the seven of those states and met the indigenous tribal communities one of which were the last surviving tattooed headhunters.
Stayed at a unique stingray camping tent in Kerala, hung high amongst the trees.
Went birding with a naturalist in one of the areas rich in species of birds, spotted 60+ species that week. Also wildlife safaris in Central India with naturalists, spotting the big cats and staying in the jungle was a thrilling experience.
I started a reading community in Bangalore, with the idea of making public reading fun.
