ABOUT ME
This is always hard....I grew up in England and went to University in Wales. I have always had a passion for travelling and don't like to be in one place for too long. I love adventure and I try to take advantage of any opporunties that come my way.
I am quite artistic so I view the World in an artistic way - I tend to see the beauty in most things.
Like most people on CS, I like meeting new people. On one hand I am outgoing but then I can also be quite shy.
I love a good party and social event but I am also a great lover of the occasional night in or doing something cultural.
PHILOSOPHY
My view is that life is for living and that you should do things to make yourself happy. Travelling makes me happy, so that is what I do. Don't live life in regret. It is always so much harder when you regret things you could have done rather than things you have done. Opportunities are there to be taken.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have only recently signed up to CS. I haven't really done much yet. I am hoping to meet fellow travellers (or locals) and share some adventures. I think travelling is always better when you have someone to share it with. So, if you want some company message me. I'm open to any suggestions.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love most genres!
I can get lost in almost any kind of book. What I like depends on my mood. I recently read a book called 'At First They Killed My Father'. It was written by a woman who survived the Khmer Rouge ruling of Cambodia as a little girl. I would definitely reccomend this book. Just be warn that it is quite heart-wrenching and you will probably shed a tear, especially if you have ever visited any if the old camps or killings fields in Cambodia.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went trekking through the jungle in Northern Thailand. It was a beautiful sight. Especially when we reached a clearing where the hilltribes had their villages and there were serveral paddy fields around. My group stayed with the hilltribes a few nights, exploring their villages during the day. It was definately an experience I will never forget.
