About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Trying to get my life together... unfortunately there are little pieces of it all over the world and I'm still looking for them.
ABOUT ME
Restless, independent, low-maintenance. I'm very personable but can be as quiet and conscientious as I need to be: nobody likes a noisy Australian in their house.
I've been on the road for 3 years now, doing the working-holiday visa trail. Crashing with colleagues or people I meet in hostels when I visit their home countries is my favourite.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When the hostels are too expensive, the best way to meet people is to invade their personal space! Or be invited into it, the latter is better. Travelling is (for me) more about the people I meet than the places I can see. Eventually I'd like to be able to host people making their own way around the world.
Interests
Music and literature. I write a lot and would like to publish something about my travels one day.
I play guitar a bit but I'm an earsore.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I can't decide between hiking a glacier in Iceland or my time in the Negev Desert... or Petra... or riding in the fishing boats off Port Royal, Kingston...
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm happy to cook-up or shout a case of beer. I'm also a dedicated wingman: take me out to a pub and I make a great accessory.
