Have been traveling since, really, about 1997 or 98, with my first trip overseas trip (to England) in 1999. Actually my very first overseas journey was to Spain in 1979, but I was too young at the time to truly appreciate it (and it was a really brief visit), but I returned on an Aircraft Carrier which was really cool...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No official CouchSurfing experience yet. Have unofficially couchsurfed by hitting up out of town friends (and friends of friends) for crash space while travelling within the U.S. Have had some really interesting experiences through that.
