Ive been a retail manager at Steamboat Ski Resort for the past 7 years, been in the seasonal parks/resort business for 10+. Did the Van-life thing for awhile, trying to get back into a normal stable adult life now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not via the CS website, but I have temporarily stayed with friends and aquaintences all my adult life. And I try to keep my couchsurfing karma evened out by letting others stay with me whenever I have a place to stay. Comfiest temporary bed - a giant 7 foot long bean bag couch. Worst couchsurfing experience - letting a good friend stay at my place for a week, which turned into 2 years at 2 different apartments.

I've been known to chop firewood, bartend, cook, clean, odd jobs & minor household repairs, even installed a new tin roof for people I've met & stayed with! I'm a great cook, especially over a campfire with a cast iron skillet!
