Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Learn Spanish fluently and remember to take care of myself when dedicating my service to others.
ABOUT ME
I'm originally from New York but have lived in many different parts of the USA. I'm currently a Peace Corps volunteer in the Dominican Republic. I live in a rural community in a developing country.
Stay with me if you want to know what it is like to live without running water and other basic first world amenities. I promise it will be an adventure!
I also will not be telling my neighbors about Couchsurfing, as I do not feel they would be comfortable with it. I will need to pretend you are an old friend.
Please be comfortable with that if you stay here.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe we are all one human community, and we all have a responsibility to contribute positively to this community in the best way we can.
I think that life's a journey that we need to seek with our eyes wide open with every step as an experience.
I believe we all have a calling in this world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I volunteered on a Kibbutz in Israel.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you about who I am, my lifestyle, and my experiences. Likewise, I like to learn about others' lifestyles and experiences. And that way, we can share each other with one another and both become richer people from this social exchange.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can show you the inner workings of a rural Dominican community in development.
