To learn how to listen to my own heart and body, and how to better care for others.

ABOUT ME
I'm the type of person who listens to a lot of podcasts and doesn't very often get bored. I love music, visual art and writing; I collect local art and draw and frame my own projects as well. I have spent a lot of time decorating and customizing my little house. I am realizing how much aesthetics can affect my mood and outlook.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've had some awesome hosts over the years that have made traveling feel even more exciting. I'd love to help make a trip to Portland be more memorable than an Airbnb.

Interests

I have some active interests: biking (I love being outside, taking fun routes, and not having to park) yoga, pickleball (I've drank the Koolaid; but I used to play as a kid so I'm grandfathered), reading books, making candles (I've got it to be pretty quick and simple), writing, road-tripping.

And I really like just sitting around and hanging out too. Talking, watching movies, listening parties. Mumblecore stuff.
