About Me
Hey!
My name is Daniel, I'm 27 years old, actually based in beautiful Vienna, Austria, but haven't seen this place for a while -> traveller since my graduation from the Vienna University of Business and Economics in January 2018, so far in Asia (Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Malaysia, South Korea, Nepal, Mongolia, China), heading to Australia next. The last months were full of incredible, breathtaking, unique experiences and encounters, now I'm looking forward to some months of working and a structured life in Down Under before exploring some of South America from early 2019 on.
I guess I'm a super easy going person, not too much of a planner. I have a great passion for music (play guitar, piano, drums myself), from classic to jazz to pop to acoustic/instrumental to rock to progressive, there's just too much good music out there. I'm getting more and more into photography, some writing and I'm a passionate cook (which might be interesting for you as a potential host ;) ).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I stayed only in hostels on my journey so far, but heard so many amazing stories about couchsurfing, I'd love to do it as a guest now and become a host myself once I'm back home.
What I Can Share with Hosts
If you're a musician, it would be great to have some jam sessions together! If not, I can offer a private guitar concert now and then! :)
Cooking is one of the things I've been missing most during my travels, did it regularly back home with or for friends and I'm looking forward to picking it up again.
Besides that? Good company, a helping hand in your house, loads of stories to tell and curious to listen to yours!
