CURRENT MISSION

Working through a PhD program and attempting to hang on to my hat, heart, and health in the meantime

ABOUT ME

At present, I am that most loathsome of things: a full-time graduate student. Eventually, I will be a college professor and intend to use that front to fund my various habits: guitar, gardening, all things outdoors (especially those leading to food). In school here at LSU, I study political theory which involves a great deal of reading and writing, and my apartment reflects this. I keep a fairly well-stocked fridge and pantry, though.

PHILOSOPHY

I've never been very good at anything that hasn't stirred my mind, heart and soul on a regular basis. My life's goal is to be at home in the world--an ongoing journey.
