I want to show friends from around the world the great city of Los Angeles (and Long Beach).

ABOUT ME

I'm originally from Southern California. I was raised in Utah and lived in Boston and New York City for 16 years. I returned to California in the summer of 2015. I have a 1 bedroom apartment in Long Beach, CA. I love living in such a historic and beautiful city. There's lots of character and beautiful architecture in Long Beach. I love playing tour guide and showing off everything Long Beach/Los Angeles and the surrounding area has to offer.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that variety is the spice of life. It's important to alter your daily path by taking a different way to work or learning a new skill.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm doing this because I love spending time with people from all over the world who are different than myself. You can learn so much and have many great experiences by doing this.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've traveled a lot but because it was for my job I've always had a hotel to stay in. I did make a side trip to Berlin in 2007 and stayed with a nice older gentlemen and had a great experience. I would like to help other travelers enjoy wonderful, historic Boston.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've been lucky enough to walk on the Great Wall of China; view the pyramids of Giza and walking along Iguacu Falls in Brasil. One of my best experiences was spending a few days in Trinidad with my best friend just before Carnaval.
