HOW I PARTICIPATE IN CS
I almost always get an apartment now but I still like to meet up with people. It's why I travel, meeting people in different countries is the best part.
In Salt Lake I can meet up and show you around. Email and ask.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couch surfed in Ukraine it was a great experience. I think you have to be pretty nice to allow a stranger to stay with you. My step father used to be on a sort of hospitality board and he would let entertainers etc. stay with him while they were in SLC . This was decades ago but he has some fun stories and it seems like this could be similar.

Here is some stuff I like: Mid-century modern anything, Sci-fi, Old cars, Travel, David Lynch, Douglas Coupland, Haruki Murakami, scary movies, Halloween, Autumn, Reading... I live in a 1920's house that I am buying but have started wondering if my time and money wouldn't be better spent traveling. Update, I decided it would and rented out my house and have since been to Colombia, Germany, Ukraine, Turkey, Spain, Georgia, Armenia, Bulgaria, Serbia and Morocco.
I love to hear stories about travel and how people have made it work in the long term, so if you have one drop me a line.
