About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Glean all I can from life.
ABOUT ME
I enjoy meeting new people and participating in new activities. I'm flexible and diverse. I was born and raised in San Diego, California and enjoy outdoor sports. I'm not much of a night cluber and would rather have a quiet evening with a few friends or read. I enjoy discovering different locations, cultures, food and to learn new languages. I am currently studying German in Berlin until august 25th.
PHILOSOPHY
Take life as it comes.

Music, Movies, and Books
Currently reading: 36 children by Herbert Kohl, Germs, Guns and Steel by Jared Diamond, Infinite Jest by David Foster Wallace, and the Bible.
Currently in rotation on my iPod: Sigh No More by Mumford & Sons, History Makers by Delirious, The Best of Bill Evans, Buena Vista Social Club, Jack Johnson to the Sea and new find: For Emma, Forever Ago by Bon Iver
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1. Top of Half Dome in Yosemite Park, California. I went with my brother on a semi-planned day hiking trip. Standing on a cliff overlooking the ground so far below was breath-taking.
2. A few weeks ago I experienced "Farratas" european style of rock climbing. Cables and wires are bolted into the rock creating a latter up a rock surface of sorts. Still hanging onto these wires, somewhat sideways with a strong wind blowing can be a bit scary. Rock climbing is a defiantly mind over matter challenge!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach English or a random hobby like knitting...
