Hello surfers! I am very excited to discover this new (for me) way of travelling and meeting people.

Couple of words about me. I am currently a PhD student in Socioeconomics in Paris and part-time teacher. I am also participant in my university's Convention for climate action.

I was raised in Iran, Russia and the UK,
so can share quite a bit about my peculiar life experiences, but also about the cultures and cuisines. Speaking of the latter, I enjoy cooking and can take care of dinners as a thank you for your hospitality.

My pastime passions are cinema and sport. In the first instance, the taste is rather diverse but with a preference for festival cinema and niche genres such as cosmic horror and psychological thrillers. Recently I discovered "Attack on Titan", which completely blew my mind and let me rediscover anime as an adult. When it comes to sport, I play football on the weekends and watch tennis. Unfortunately, there are not so many opportunities for playing tennis where I live.

I am also fan of tea, especially green tea.

The last thing I would mention about myself is my love of nature. I particularly enjoy hiking, especially in mountainous regions. My dream someday is go camping in Patagonia.

Interests

When it's sunny I play tennis, when it's rainy I watch movies, when it's weekday I write my thesis.

Wrote a techno track and finished my music career. I also did video production. When it comes to books, I like magical realism and psychology. My movie taste is as diverse as it gets, but with a slight preference for those with screaming quotes on their posters.
