My name is Dmitry. I'm a PhD and working as scientific employee in department of aquaculture at the local research institute. Being in this field of science gives me a lot of opportunities to discover the world of fish and its cultivation. Moreover, I'm naturalist and explorer, so I like to make the pictures of wildlife and surroundings around me.
In case of traveling it is my inherent part of life and my priority interest at the moment. I always glad to meet with new people and be a local for the travelers who are visiting my home city.

Probably, that is the best way of traveling. It's also about meeting with interesting people and spend really nice time with them.

兴趣

In general, they are following:
- cycling (the best way of public transportation, isn't it?);
- reading (I carry my Kindle around in my backpack with me so I can read throughout the day);
- traveling (obvious, since I'm on couchsurfing) and exploring the folk culture of the countries I visiting;
- sports (It's moslty related to NHL, soccer and rugby. I'm also a foosball (table soccer) player if it can be considered as a sport);
- watching movies and playing videogames (unfortunately due to the lack of time this interest receded into the background, but I still follow all the news regarding this entertainment);
- watching the stars. :)
