ABOUT ME
I am adventurous and enjoying high adrenaline activities. I like the city and urban settings, as well as the wilderness and the natural beauty of the world. I'm a teacher and social justice advocate. I teach language, culture, and history. I like learning, I like to drink and to get down in mosh pits. I like spontaneity. I like theatre and art. I've lived in Cuba and Ecuador before and at once felt like I was the only Chicano in Viet Nam.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've participated in couchsurfing here in the U.S., in Vietnam, and in Ecuador. I've been hosted by some dope people abroad 🙏🙏 and I am now in a position that allows me to host folks.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had some of the best traveling experiences because of couchsurfing! It's great to meet with folks living in that particular country. The human connection is such an important part of traveling and creating mutual understanding!

Interests

Skateboard with friends, explore on my bike, find new fishing spots, read novels, reflect and write, watch movies and some TV shows like Sons of Anarchy and Game of Thrones, PlayStation, and seek the outdoors for cool sights of the city or of nature. When possible, I enjoy traveling, visiting new places, and learning about different cultures, stories, and from different peoples.
