My name is Dima. I'm an Ukrainian journalist and PhD student.

I spend a lot of time for self-development as a journalist. In addition to learning at the university and freelance work in different media, I pay attention to non-formal education. I mean trainings, workshops, online courses... I was lucky to participate in several programs of journalistic and youth exchanges. These study trips inspired me to travel more.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because my goal is not just to travel. I want to meet new people. It is always a good idea to learn new countries and cultures through communicating with local people.
