About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Exploring the wondrous people, places, and things of South America.

ABOUT ME

Easy going and adventurous travel lover :)

PHILOSOPHY

Do everything you can. We do not regret the things we do, but the things we don't.

There's no problem in the world that doesn't seem better after a good long sleep and some chocolate cake.

Believe in something. I'm not saying it has to be God or any sort of deity really. But have faith. Have faith in life, love, people. Have faith in laughter, food, adventure, friendship. Just believe in something.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently just traveling, but definitely willing to offer a couch if/when I return home.
Always up for providing company and conversation!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Nothing so far! But I've heard nothing but good things from those who HAVE couch surfed.

Interests

What ever is offered! I enjoy trekking, camping, rock climbing, yoga, eating many delicious foods, or just relaxing with a good book or interesting conversation :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies, I haven't seen many movies, but I enjoy most of them, and am always willing to be educated :).
As for music...dubstep, indie, folk, rock, african drums, hip-hop. Whatever it is I'll give it a shot.

Books, oh books so many books. I love a good adventure story, fantasy, travel, books that teach you a lesson without you even realizing it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

How can I pick just one?
I've stood in the clouds at the top of mountains.
Gazed at a million stars in the driest desert in the world.
Nursed a baby squirrel monkey back to health and released it into the wild.
Leapt over a bonfire into the new year.
Swam in the worlds largest navigable lake with snow caped mountains in the background.
Learned more about my language than I ever did in school by teaching it to others.
Experienced great kindess and generosity from those who had less to give than I did.
The world is a beautiful and magical place.
Everything I've seen and done, I would say is amazing.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bolivia, Chile, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Jamaica, Mexico, Peru
