Born in Russia. Spent more than half my life in the US. Went to school for way too long. Fascinated by the beauty of physics. Still an idealist and a romantic. Shy, not antisocial. Prefer running to weight lifting, social dance to clubbing, beer to wine, reading to television, listening to talking, XKCD to Dilbert, Heisenberg to Schroedinger, humanism to atheism, culture to religion.
