About Me
--------------------------------------------------------
si, hablo español al 100 😁
Oui, je parle français également 😉
--------------------------------------------------------
CURRENT MISSION:
Back from living in Mexico, re-settling in my home country.
ABOUT ME
You don't have to love Manu Chao's personality and music.
You don't have to like Terry Pratchett's novels and view point of the world.
You don't have to feel Jack Kerouac's trip on the road.
You don't have to live in Steinbeck's Tortilla Flat.
You don't have to know who Christopher McCandless is and stay in his bus.
If you do - you already know me :)
But if you don't... you're more than welcome :) my house and my heart are open for you :)
Who I really am : Me llaman el desaparecido , Yo llevo en el alma un camino, el tiempo no me mueve, yo me muevo con el tiempo. Soy, las ganas de vivir, las ganas de cruzar, las ganas de conocer lo que hay después del mar...
PHILOSOPHY
"This is your life, good to the last drop, it doesn't get any better than this. This is your life, and it's ending one minute at a time.
This isn't a seminar and this isn't a weekend retreat. Where you are now you can't even imagine what the bottom will be like......we are all a part of the same compost heap.
We are the all-singing,all-dancing crap of the world"

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My old profile : https://www.couchsurfing.com/users/2309332/profile/legacy
Did you get to this point of my long and boring profile? I know, it's long, but we need patience. Now it's the important part :
There is a sure way to make me know you read my profile and you want to meet me. Just start your message with "Hola, Dobs"😁😁😁. If you don't start your message like this, I will not provide hospitality, I'm sorry about that. I do insist here : I will not accept to host you if you haven't read my profile and if you don't start your message with "Hola, Dobs".
I just don't like when people send the same message to 10 different hosts, without even reading their profile descriptions. CS is not about free acommodation, it's about making new friends and learning new things. My home is not a free hostel, I'm offering my friendship as well. If you're looking on Booking/Airbnb/Hostelworld, you would take your time to read a bit about the accomodation, right? Why wouldn't you do it here?😉
PS (08.2024). My last few guests were all the same - confusing my house with a free hostel. So I'll put an age limit to all above, I'm sorry. I'll accept only 35+ years-old people. It's now obvious to me that I have nothing in common with Gen Z (and close to that age) and I can't expect young people to have the same values as me.
