Open-mind, open-heart. I have a daily yoga & meditation practice and I will absolutely include anyone and adapt my practice so it's enjoyable for anyone that wants to join. I love eating healthy, so I feel amazing. Always learning and growing.

I've owned a few successful businesses (performance automotive, medical spa + wellness center and a limousine company) but recently have gotten more into helping people so am beginning by gearing up in teaching yoga/meditation.
