About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to smite the sounding furrows, and sail beyond the baths of all the western stars...

ABOUT ME

I am a writer and a traveller, been all over, I run a small business called fair-tradewinds, designing and importing hand made clothing from south america. i love reading and writing, sailing, travel, spearfishing, jiu-jitsu, rock climbing, I speak spanish as well as english. I currently live on a 40 ft c&c sailboat named Atreyu, you'll find pictures of it on this profile. It can accommodate up to 10 people, although that would be a tight fit depending on how much stuff those people brought with them ; )

I sail around and have fun as much as possible, the boat is well made but low maintenance, without a lot of the flashy add ons that can make sailing easier but more dangerous. this boat is capable and safe for any ocean crossing, as long as you're not racing into hurricanes and other idiotic stuff like that.

PHILOSOPHY

I live for good times. I believe that the best kind of charity is good business. I believe that we're here for a good time, not a long time, so one should have a good time, for the sun can't shine every day. do - do - do - dee - doobie - do - doo.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I welcome cool cats and awesome people to come aboard, sail with me from island to island and bay to bay, I intend to grow gardens in the bays that I frequent, so someone who is interested in organic farming and the building of treehouses would have a good time with me. I also can teach spanish, and sailing and freediving and spearfishing to someone who is interested to learn.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been all over the world, and very fortunate to meet awesome people everywhere. I can't get started telling stories because I wouldn't stop once I did.
